Returns and Exchanges
The customer’s satisfaction is extremely important to me, so I gladly accept returns following these guidelines:
- Contact me within 3 days of delivery
- Ship item back within 10 days of delivery
- Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrived damaged or defective, I cannot accept returns for custom and personalized orders.
- Please note that all fees incurred to ship the item back are at the buyer's expense.
- If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
