Returns and Exchanges


The customer’s satisfaction is extremely important to me, so I gladly accept returns following these guidelines:

  • Contact me within 3 days of delivery
  • Ship item back within 10 days of delivery 
  • Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrived damaged or defective, I cannot accept returns for custom and personalized orders.
  • Please note that all fees incurred to ship the item back are at the buyer's expense.
  • If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
